We work with customers across many industries to develop and deliver turnkey industrial machines to meet their unique requirements. We develop custom automation solutions, work with OEMs to develop industrial products, and provide engineering analysis using FEA tools.

• Creative problem solving by connecting scientific theory with engineering design to create novel products.
• Communicating design solutions effectively to clients’ challenges.
• Building and refining breadboards and prototypes.
• Learning new technical domains and becoming a contributing solution provider quickly.
• Collaborating on technical teams that include scientists, electrical engineers, optical engineers, manufacturing partners, and industrial designers.
• Delivering results in a streamlined environment with the right tools to minimize bottlenecks.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Broad technical background and a desire to learn more.
• 3D CAD experience (Solid Works preferred).
• Experience with a range of manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.).

The base hourly range for this position is $23.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to company plans.
