Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of next‑generation RF systems incorporating optical sensing technologies for defense platforms.
- Conduct advanced signal processing research, develop algorithms, and implement them in MATLAB, C++, and Python environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, RF Systems, or related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in RF system design, optical sensing integration, and signal processing.
- Strong programming skills in MATLAB, C++, and Python for algorithm development and simulation.
- Experience with antenna design, RF test equipment, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
