Location: New Hampshire

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 (Based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Engineer to lead the full product development lifecycle of advanced power conversion systems. In this role, you will drive designs from initial concept and engineering specifications through to final manufacturing. The position involves developing custom power solutions—including both low-power and high-power AC/DC and DC/DC topologies—spanning from low-wattage units to multi-kilowatt systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, prototype, test, and troubleshoot complex analog and digital circuits for power conversion applications.
• Translate customer requirements and internal technical specifications into high-reliability hardware designs.
• Support manufacturing teams by designing test fixtures, tooling, and specialized equipment required for production.
• Lead engineering documentation reviews, ensuring PCB layouts and mechanical packaging meet rigorous standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of direct experience designing power conversion circuits and topologies.
