** The Role**##
** The Expertise and Skills You Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree expected
* 3+ years of financial services experience with an asset manager, audit firm or custodian bank, preferably in accounting operations or administration for alt investment products
* Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes (e.g., commodities, real estate, private debt, private equity, distressed securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies)
* Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings for products structured as BDCs, ETPs or REITs
* Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff and business partners to recommend changes to systems, processes, responsibilities, reporting, etc.
* Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

Our team is part of the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) organization. In fact, we’re the largest service line within FFIO and are responsible for producing and distributing financial statements, prospectuses, and other fund and legal documents to our customers and filing them with the SEC.
