Details

Service Area:
Travel between Manchester and Nashua communities; we pay travel time and reimburse 0.625 cents a mile.

Responsibilities
  • Performs duties within scope of license and within care plans.
  • Works closely with the care team on providing exceptional care and services; provides adequate communication to the team responsible for the patient.
  • Assists patients by providing personal services such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • May assist in light housekeeping or laundry.
  • Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Positive experience with complex patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, COPD, cancer, and joint/hip replacements.
  • Ability to perform PT/INRs.
Required
  • High School diploma
  • Registered as Licensed Nursing Assistant with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Satisfactory criminal record.
  • Reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance.
