Who we are looking forWe’re seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role covers all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and the rollout of new sites. The role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure business goals are met and will collaborate with power users, functional leads, project managers, and the technical/support teams to deliver ERP services using voice of customer.

- Deliver ERP system solutions to meet business goals (solutions commonly span system & security configurations, reporting, Data Views, DO, Data Lake, forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity).
- Understand and analyze business requirements (functional, performance, availability, security).
- Design ERP system solutions and participate in design reviews; configure and develop system solutions per design specifications; participate in code/configuration reviews.
- Perform and assist in testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, UAT) to meet requirements; develop deployment packages for target systems in line with segregation of duties.
- Provide ERP support, training, and maintenance:
Tier 3 support (Tier 1-2 as needed); monitor and alert ERP solutions; create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training; perform updates and patching; ensure data quality and integrity; identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities; document work and provide timely estimates; meet SLAs and quality goals; automate work where possible. - Travel to Re:
Build sites as needed; perform other tasks as assigned.
- Solid experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including CSI system administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI & prior Syteline 10; enhancements, customizations, implementations; CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, forms development, workflows; reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, SQL, environment cloning;
Microsoft .NET, SQL Server; web development ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/WEB APIs, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery; strong knowledge of business processes supported by CSI (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.). - Experience delivering solutions to end users using industry guidelines: analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, and support;
Agile/Scrum; structured deployment across non-production and production environments; UI/UX best practices for desktop and mobile devices. - Ability to work effectively with both end users and technical teams; working knowledge of security protocols; demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a CSI/Syteline Developer
