Round 1 with HM: 30-minute session combining behavioral and technical questions.
Round 2:
Meet with team members for technical discussion.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a Technology-related field.
- 7+ years of development experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.
- Experience building solutions using low code (e.g., Flows) and pro code (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to produce clear and concise design documentation.
- Participation in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Willingness to learn additional skills as needed to meet business requirements.
