We're looking for a detail-oriented Infor Syte Line ERP Analyst to support and optimize our client's ERP environment. You'll be the go-to resource for system configuration, user support, and process improvement — helping our operations run smarter and more efficiently.
What You'll Do- Administer, configure, and maintain the Infor Syte Line (Cloud Suite Industrial) ERP system
- Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day end-user support
- Develop and maintain reports using Syte Line's reporting tools (IDO, Crystal Reports, or similar)
- Support system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles
- Document configurations, workflows, and training materials
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through better ERP utilization
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor Syte Line or Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI)
- Solid understanding of manufacturing or distribution business processes (MRP, BOMs, work orders, inventory)
- Experience with Syte Line IDOs, customizations, or form personalization a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with SQL or Syte Line reporting tools
- Familiarity with Mongoose framework or Syte Line APIs
- Prior involvement in an ERP implementation or upgrade project
