Data Conversion Analyst – Onsite Nashua, NH area Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in implementation and/or 401(k) operations
• Strong understanding of the retirement market, client service, and implementation processes
• Proven ability to manage data conversion and reconciliation tasks with precision
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively with internal partners and anticipate potential issues
• Experience working with payroll software programs
• Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Detailed knowledge of Fidelity’s products and services
• Prior experience with project management in a corporate or financial services setting
• Data analytics and auditing expertise

Estimated Min Rate: $23.10. Estimated Max Rate: $33.00.
