Responsibilities:
- Perform Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) on PCB assemblies
- Inspect electronic assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate, start up, and shut down AOI equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on AOI machines
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Identify defects and stop production when quality issues are found
- Maintain accurate inspection records
- Assist with visual inspections and train new AOI operators
- 1+ year of AOI or electronic assembly inspection experience preferred
- Experience with PCB assembly is a plus
- Ability to use microscopes, calipers, hand tools, and inspection equipment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Able to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
