Role:
Manufacturing Technician focusing on upstream cell culture processes for API production at Novo Nordisk's West Lebanon, NH facility.
Responsibilities:
execute manufacturing activities, support process improvements, perform equipment and process validations, complete documentation, and assist in process development; work in GMP-compliant cleanroom environments wearing appropriate PPE.
Requirements:High School diploma or Associate's with 3+ years relevant manufacturing experience, or Bachelor's in science with no experience; knowledge of cGMP preferred; ability to follow written instructions; physical ability to work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to chemicals and noise.
High Value: biologics manufacturing, cell culture, GMP environment, API production, validation activities, on-site role, shift schedules with training period.
Collaboration:
reports to Sr. Manager, API Manufacturing; works closely with engineers, scientists, QA, and process teams.
Work Setup: onsite with shift rotation; minimal travel (~0-10%).
