Your day-to-day in Merrimack, NH (100% onsite)
You start your shift by reviewing the work order and studying drawings, schematics, bills of material, and procedures. Parts are staged and you move methodically through assemblies installing key tops, switches, levers, and wiring; operating assembly equipment; and using hand tools to build and repair components. Throughout the day, you:

Interpret and follow technical documentation (engineering drawings, specs, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions).Own both throughput and quality, documenting work on forms and graphs.

Visually inspect to standard, isolate nonconforming parts, and route items for rework per procedure.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues as they arise; restore inoperative equipment and think critically to solve problems.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep your workstation organized.

Collaborate with teammates on line builds and help pack finished product safely.

Meet all company and industry safety requirements.

What youll bring

High school diploma or GED.Strong attention to detail and excellent handeye coordination.

Mechanical aptitude; comfort reading diagrams/blueprints and following verbal/written instructions.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while seated or standing for extended periods.

Good vision, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color differentiation.

100% onsite Merrimack, NH Compensation & benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $18.13 - $27.20. This range represents the Companys good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
