Company:- 25-bed critical access hospital offering medical, surgical and intensive care services
- State-of-the-art technology, while maintaining the personalized care of a community hospital
- Strong leadership and a dedicated community that allows the organization to meet the ever-changing requirements of today's healthcare environment
- Competitive salary, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits including student loan repayment application assistance
- Full time, 40 hours a week, no call
- FNP or PA will see all ages with a high elderly population
- APP will see on 16-22 patients per day
- Provider should be experienced in chronic disease management
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- FNP or PA with 2+ years experience in outpatient primary care
