1:1 School Transportation Nurse LPN/RN

Merrimack, NH | Full-Time | Contract Position

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a 1:1 LPN or RN to provide nursing support during transportation for a school-aged student in Merrimack, NH. This position is transportation-only, with no nursing responsibilities required during the students school day.

Position Details:

• Full-time, approximately 4 hours per day
• Monday to Friday
• Morning transportation: approximately 7:20 AM to 9:20 AM
• Afternoon transportation: approximately 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
• Pick-up and drop-off at the students home in Merrimack, NH
• Family provides parking in the driveway
• Student attends school in Massachusetts
• Nurse will ride the bus with the student both to and from school
• No work required during the school day

Student Needs:

• May have mobility limitations
• Non-verbal and may use an AAC device for communication
• History of epilepsy/seizures
• Nurse should be comfortable providing 1:1 support and monitoring during transportation

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire LPN or RN license
• School nursing or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently with a student during transportation
• Experience with seizures and medically complex students preferred
• Reliable transportation to the students home in Merrimack

Contract Details:
