Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Document incidents, service calls, unusual activity, and/or status updates in logs and reports.;
Coordinate routine and urgent response activities by assigning calls, tracking officer locations, and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency services.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.
