Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Merrimack, NH.

Duties include:

• Working within an agile team, build solutions on the  Platform while considering reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design solutions
• Provide recommendations into overall technical architecture, standards and practices, and release process for  development
• Collaborate and provide solutions to the problems and team members
• Publish clear and concise design documentation
• Participate in and contribute to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code

• Bachelor's or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area
• 5 or more years of development experience with 7+ in Salesforce
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2 required
• Expertise building  solutions using low code (e.g. Flows) and pro code (Apex and) capabilities
• Highly proficient in Lightning Web Components and JavaScript skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Integration Patterns, Triggers and Governor limits
• Great communicator and have a real customer‑centric mind‑set
• Analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills
• Personal willingness to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements
• Enthusiasm to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary role, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team
• Good to have: hands‑on experience in any CPQ vendor;

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
