Senior Full Stack Engineer

Fidelity Wealth – Wealth Solutions Engineering Chapter Area is looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to build and support world-class products for its business‑critical Wealth Implementation and Experiences Product Area. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to and own entire features from concept to deployment, working on cross‑functional teams. The Team

As a hands‑on developer, you will be responsible for delivering new products and services using a hybrid technology stack – Angular, REST, and Java. You will work with our technology team to define and implement engineering solutions for our products. You will be expected to quickly understand all components of our web applications and will collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding solutions.

Expertise And Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with modern MV*/SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular, JavaScript/Type Script, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS).
  • Hands‑on experience with API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, NodeJS, Swagger).
  • Experience with test automation (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright) and unit, integration and functional tests.
  • Champion and advocate of Test‑Driven Development, unit testing using frameworks and tools like Jest and Jasmine.
  • Proficiency with AWS services for deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
  • Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment in both small teams and independently.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle production issues using tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
  • Hands‑on with application builds and deploys using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, UDeploy, Git Hub, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience implementing Microservices Architecture and building / deploying highly automated, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure.

  • Stay on top of the latest engineering trends and practices and bring them back to the team when appropriate.
  • Mentor junior team members.
