Software Engineer in Test (API / SQL)

Hourly Pay Rate: $57.14 – $120/hr (based on experience, skills, and scope)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Software Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a high‑impact team supporting enterprise financial systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in API automation, backend validation, and CI/CD‑driven environments

You’ll partner with developers, architects, and business teams to build scalable, high‑quality automation solutions and drive modern Quality Engineering practices.

• Design and implement automation frameworks and test strategies
• Develop API automation tests (REST services)
• Apply BDD and Dev Ops best practices
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Track and report QA metrics & test coverage
• Collaborate to improve testability, scalability, and processes

• 6–9 years in QA / SDET / Test Automation
• Strong coding in Java (preferred) or Python
• Hands‑on with REST API testing (Rest Assured or Karate)
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of BDD, Agile, and Dev Ops
