Material Handler, Forklift Operator
At RTX, the Logistics Material Handler will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the incoming, expediting, and outgoing of program, facility materials and equipment and other assigned duties at our Merrimack, NH facility.
Responsibilities- Receiving, picking, and shipping orders
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Packaging, kitting, and transportation
- Use of material handling equipment such as screw guns, strapping machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other devices
- Operate material handling equipment safely in accordance with regulations
- Work overtime as needed
- Attention to detail with safety regulations
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training)
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, facility or related environment
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience with Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS)
- Experience with PRISM
- Experience in a logistics environment
- Ability to obtain a Fork Truck License
