Job Description

Full-Time Permanent Position

We are a growing CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while supporting a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements
Assist with month end and year end close
Account reconciliations
Support tax preparation and compliance
Collaborate with senior accountants on client engagements and audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
