Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking
• Ensure design requirements and specifications are met throughout project execution
• Identify opportunities to reduce lead times across procurement, fabrication, and installation
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance, and change orders
• Track project budgets and proactively identify cost variances
• Oversee safety compliance and ensure work meets all applicable standards
• Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or structural projects
• Proven ability to compress schedules and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and change orders
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred

• Experience managing the construction or installation of temporary or modular structures, including tent structures
• Familiarity with rapid-deploy or expeditionary construction environments
