SST Direct in Merritt Island, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Permitting Coordinator for a direct-hire role. You will manage permit applications, coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and agencies to move projects toward approvals and CO.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, can work independently or as part of a team, and can read blueprints. Pay is $34–$37 per hour, depending on experience, with a fast-paced environment and heavy workload.
