Construction Site Supervisor
Manage and coordinate all day-to-day field operations and construction activities
Supervise subcontractors, trade crews, and field personnel to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules; identify and resolve delays proactively
Enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to specifications
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and resource allocation
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of site activities
Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets, change orders, and scheduling
Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and unforeseen challenges in a timely manner
Ensure quality control standards are met through inspections and testing
Communicate regularly with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of construction supervision experience (commercial, industrial, or relevant sector)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Ability to work on active construction sites in various weather conditions
Capable of walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Frequent site visits requiring mobility across uneven terrain
