Application Engineer

They are seeking an Applications Engineer who can bridge the gap between customers, engineering, and manufacturing to help bring highly engineered products from concept through production.

This is an ideal opportunity for a mechanical, manufacturing, project, aerospace, or applications engineer who enjoys both technical problem-solving and customer interaction.

• Evaluate customer requirements and determine manufacturing feasibility.
• Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, manufacturing approaches, and project timelines.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend solutions.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be successfully produced.
• Lead qualification and validation activities, including test planning, fixture development, execution, and reporting.
• Support project kickoffs, customer revisions, and ongoing technical communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Participate in hands‑on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering field work as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, product development, testing, qualification, or project execution activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
