* As an engineering operations lead embedded within the Lunar Transfer Stage System Test team, you will help ensure that our test campaigns and engineering deliverables are planned, tracked, and executed with rigor and efficiency. You will support the team's day-to-day operational rhythm, helping translate engineering work into structured plans and keeping leadership informed of progress, risks, and schedule health.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*** Support the development and maintenance of integrated test campaign schedules, tracking progress against key milestones and flagging risks and variances to leadership
* Assist technical leads in translating engineering scope into structured work plans, including task identification, sequencing, and resource loading
* Support week-to-week planning and execution tracking for the system test team, helping maintain alignment between program-level plans and day-to-day operations
* Prepare and communicate regular status updates on cost, schedule, and risk to engineering and program management
* Identify and escalate schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and execution gaps, and support development of recovery plans
* Coordinate across internal teams and customers to support test readiness activities, review preparation, and deliverable tracking
* Support risk and opportunity identification and help maintain the team's risk register
* Assist in the development of statements of work and support coordination of external services as needed
