Financial Controller

Shift:  Mon-Fri 8:00am- 5:00pm (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

+ Act as the financial advisor to plant leadership

+ Help leadership understand:
Profitability, Costs, Risks, Opportunities

+ Produce financial reports:
Income statement, Balance sheet, Performance reports

+ Ensure proper financial controls (prevent fraud/errors)

+ Develop and manage annual budgets and ongoing forecasts

+ Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, and overhead

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

+ Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

+ Experience in a publicly traded company environment

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

+

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

+ Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams

Preferred Qualifications:

+ CPA or CMA certification

+ Background in cost accounting or plant finance

+ Public accounting experience

** Pay Details:**  $72.00 per hour
