Salary: Up to $21/hour (depending on experience) + shift differentials

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Support safe resident transfers with proper lifting, positioning, and mobility techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental status.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including linens, personal spaces, and hygiene standards.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist with recreational activities to encourage engagement and social interaction.
• Monitor dietary needs, ensuring residents are hydrated and nourished.
• Accurately document care activities, daily logs, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

• Active CNA license in the State of Florida.
• Commitment to improving residents’ quality of life with a caring attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or assisted living (preferred but not required).
