About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to join a high-impact Supply Chain Management (SCM) team supporting New Product Integration (NPI) in the aerospace domain.
This is a hands-on, full lifecycle procurement role where you will manage sourcing through delivery while working closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure critical materials and services are delivered on time and to specification.

- Own cradle-to-grave procurement: sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, PO placement, and closeout
- Support New Product Integration (NPI) and supplier onboarding
- Manage procurement of hardware, components, materials, and services
- Track and follow up on open orders, supplier commitments, and deliveries
- Partner with cross-functional IPT teams to align procurement strategies
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, escalations, and performance
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement / subcontracts / purchasing
- Aerospace industry experience (MANDATORY)
- Experience with cradle-to-grave procurement lifecycle
- Strong ability to track, follow up, and drive supplier deliverables
- Experience working in cross-functional/IPT environments
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite (FL or WA)
- Must be a U.S. Person (export compliance requirement)
- Experience with New Product Integration (NPI)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint)
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and aerospace compliance
- Background in fast-paced aerospace or manufacturing environments
- Work on cutting-edge aerospace programs
