B Shift 4 PM - 1:00 AM Mon - Thurs, with 1 week of training on A Shift

Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating, monitoring, and escalating roadblocks that could cause downstream defects. Support root cause analysis and provide detailed problem-solving insights. Properly operate heavy equipment, including PIT equipment/forklifts, electronic pallet jacks, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks, following safety procedures and maintenance practices. Receive shipments, unload deliveries, and visually inspect packages for compliance with SOPs. Conduct quality control checks on incoming parts and shipments.

Document receipts and work orders using inventory management tools, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping. Properly package parts, selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods. Sort, stage, and move packages or crates securely within the workflow to prevent loss. Label and mark parts according to SOP requirements for tracking and analysis. Store parts properly, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with storage procedures.

2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and adhere strictly to safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe operating procedures. Experience with inventory counting, receiving, packing, and deriving inventory requirements from Bills of Material is preferred. Willingness to drive a forklift with training.
