Solaris Health Care Merritt Island – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Located at 500 Crockett Blvd, Merritt Island, FL 32953, our facility is hiring full‑time and part‑time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Candidates must hold a Florida LPN license and complete a Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

- Medication administration
- Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies

- Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- LPN licensed by the State of Florida
- CPR certification required
- Two years prior nursing experience preferred
