Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of our residents every day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance
- Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents and families
- Assist with recreational and social activities to promote engagement and well-being
- Support residents with hydration, nutrition, and daily living needs
- Accurately document care provided, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans
- Active Florida CNA license required
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
