Security Officer Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor visitor access, verify identification and credentials, and direct employees, contractors, and guests in accordance with front desk protocols for an aerospace and defense location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and emergency personnel when needed;
Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and other required documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns through proper channels;
Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support access control functions in a professional manner while helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptions at the location
