Schedule:

Saturday 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Sunday 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor front desk activity and access points, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with location protocols.
• Receive and direct visitors, manage sign-in records, issue visitor credentials, and communicate clearly with personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access requests.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to post instructions.
• Support a professional front desk presence within an aerospace and defense location by answering questions, reporting concerns, and following established communication and escalation procedures.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
