This is an outdoor role in the sunlight, lifting heavy items in tight spaces.

• Continuous improvement – evaluate, monitor, and elevate roadblocks that can cause downstream defects; support root cause analysis and problem‑solving.
• Operate heavy equipment – forklift, PIT equipment, pallet jacks, reach trucks and turret trucks; understand safety, maintenance and operational mechanics.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on parts according to SOPs.
• Document receipts and close work orders using tooling and inventory management systems.
• Enter data into inventory management tools to reflect physical deliveries.
• Package and label parts, ensuring correct packaging and identification.
• Sort, stage, and secure packages, containers and crates for loss‑free workflow.
• Audit storage assignments in accordance with SOPs.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, wear PPE and complete safety training.
• Demonstrate an attitude of world‑class quality, attention to detail and dedication.
• Communicate effectively in a technical environment.
• Apply mathematical and analytical skills to define problems, gather data, and draw conclusions.
• Derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
• Build trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to inclusion.
• Have prior certified forklift experience.

• Warehouse/Receiving/Inventory experience in aerospace or automotive industry.

• 2 years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.

• Outdoor role in sunlight, lifting heavy items in tight spaces.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
