The College Merthyr Tydfil is seeking to appoint a Science Technician to provide technical and classroom support in accordance with college demands and priorities. The successful candidate will be based in the Science, Maths and Computing division and will be responsible for the efficient use of College facilities and resources within the Science area. This post is 37 hours per week x 36 weeks per annum and permanent.
We have a very supportive team and offer CPD to all employees. The College has five modern, well equipped, laboratories and offers an opportunity to work across biology, chemistry, physics, applied science and medical science.
Level Three Science qualification with laboratory experience is essential.
A DBS check and EWC registration are requirements of this post.
