Summary

Our ideal Multiskilled Carpenter is someone who truly lives our values and is passionate about working in partnership with tenants. You'll bring extensive experience across all aspects of the Carpentry trade and be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to work across multiple disciplines when carrying out repairs and maintenance in residential homes.

You'll have a solid background in working directly with customers, understanding their individual needs, and ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the repair process. Strong measuring skills and the ability to order the correct materials for each job are essential to delivering a first time, high quality service.

Experience with in a housing association environment would be an advantage, but it's not essential—what matters most is your professionalism, your commitment to doing the job right, and your ability to deliver excellent customer service alongside high quality workmanship.
