Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full‑cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, general ledger, invoicing, and purchasing using Sage.
• Process and oversee end‑to‑end payroll, including taxes, garnishments, benefits, and PTO tracking.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and report insights to leadership.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all financial records.
• Handle HR‑related accounting functions and compliance, including employee records, benefits administration, and tax filings (TPT, 940/941).

• 5+ years of full‑charge bookkeeping or hands‑on accounting experience with the ability to work independently.
• Strong experience with Sage (required) and full‑cycle accounting processes.
• Proven ability to manage payroll, payroll taxes, and benefits administration.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive "take‑charge" mindset with minimal need for training.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.

• First Shift (Monday through Friday, 07:00‑03:30)
