- Lead and develop a team of four, providing mentorship and day-to-day leadership
- Take ownership of financial reporting, job costing, and WIP reporting for a dynamic construction operation
- Play a key role in streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency
- Leverage technology to identify opportunities for automation, better reporting, and stronger financial controls
- Partner with operational leadership to provide financial insight into project performance and profitability

- Oversee monthly and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage job costing and WIP reporting, providing insight into project profitability and performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals
- Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automate processes, and implement new accounting systems
- Partner with project and operational leaders to analyze financial results and support business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Progressive accounting leadership experience within the construction industry
- Strong experience with financial statements, job costing, and WIP reporting
- Technology-savvy with experience improving processes and implementing or enhancing accounting systems
- CPA designation is a plus
