• Lead and develop a team of four, providing mentorship and day-to-day leadership
• Take ownership of financial reporting, job costing, and WIP reporting for a dynamic construction operation
• Play a key role in streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency
• Leverage technology to identify opportunities for automation, better reporting, and stronger financial controls
• Partner with operational leadership to provide financial insight into project performance and profitability

• Oversee monthly and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
• Manage job costing and WIP reporting, providing insight into project profitability and performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automate processes, and implement new accounting systems
• Partner with project and operational leaders to analyze financial results and support business decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Progressive accounting leadership experience within the construction industry
• Strong experience with financial statements, job costing, and WIP reporting
• Technology-savvy with experience improving processes and implementing or enhancing accounting systems
• CPA designation is a plus
