Adecco is looking for a Mailroom Clerk (Onsite) in Mesa, AZ.
The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail. This role supports efficient mail operations across departments while maintaining postage accuracy, delivery schedules, and an organized mailroom environment. This position is 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to departments and Branch locations
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages via USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex
- Determine and apply correct postage using a mail metering machine
- Maintain records of outgoing mail and postage usage
- Prepare and stage outgoing mail for daily carrier pickup
- Serve as a point of contact for mail-related inquiries
- Order, organize, and manage mailroom supplies
- Perform minor data entry and respond to mail-related emails
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Lift and move boxes weighing 30–50 pounds occasionally
- 1–2 years of mailroom or similar operational experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
