Front Desk/Receptionist
Red Rock is a mom-and-pop style flight school that prioritizes safety and schedule ability. Founded in September 2018 in the owners kitchen, Red Rock now has over 10 instructors, an in-house maintenance team, and office staff. Without the students, who work day-in and day-out to achieve their aviation dreams, Red Rock would not be the school it is today. The school provides airline quality training at an affordable rate.
Red Rock is seeking an individual who can fit in the relaxed environment but be professional and welcoming to both the students and the staff.
The Front Receptionist is the first point-of-contact for students, potential students, walk-ins, and all other individuals entering the establishment. The receptionist will act as a liaison between customers and staff by greeting all visitors, providing information, and communicating with other staff. The Receptionist greets arriving students and customers in a friendly and professional manner, welcomes them to the company and makes them comfortable while waiting.
