Description
The Operations and Human Resources Assistant is responsible for administrative duties for executive management. He/She will be responsible for using independent judgment and initiative in providing a wide range of administrative and management support for the daily operations. Responsibilities may include screening calls, preparing reports and financial data, create and maintain a calendar of events for the Corporate Executive team, customer relations in order to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
The operations and HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, , training and development, benefits, , organization development, executive administration, and employment.
Qualifications- Associates degree, Bachelors degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Ultipro or web based program preferred).
- Ability to maintain all aspects of confidentiality.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess strong written and oral communication skills
