Job description
- Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
- Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
- Perform work that is similar to associate level tasks, with slightly more complexity based on experience and knowledge.
- May work on escrow openings and closings.
- Detail-oriented / accuracy.
- Flexible.
- Self-motivated.
- Decision-making skills.
- Must be able to follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process (preferred).
- 1-2 years of escrow processing experience (nice to have).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
