Your Responsibilities
  • Searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.
  • Compliance of accounting, credit/collections, IT and overall administrative requirements.
  • Daily check deposit processing.
  • Perform accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Monitor credit and collections activities.
  • Reconcile unapplied payments against work orders to determine where payments need applied.
  • Research payment reconciliations.
  • Check builder websites for purchase orders, download and print purchase orders from websites.
  • Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
  • Review customer purchase orders.
  • Review and compare work tickets to purchase orders.
  • Book work orders, review and prioritize based on production schedule.
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
  • Perform general office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.).
  • Any other duty, task or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
  • Strong Microsoft skills with focus on Excel.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
