Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties as needed for ASHS staff.
- Perform data entry, copy, file, and scan documents.
- Assist with the organization, coordination, and execution of university ceremonies, including but not limited to picking up food orders, setting up rooms, printing related documents, arranging materials and refreshments.
- Retrieve mail from the mailroom and distribute it to the appropriate faculty.
- All other duties as assigned.
