Lead Mail Room Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Process all incoming and outgoing envelopes and packages from services such as United Parcel Service and Federal Express, and any overnight delivery.
• Determine and affix postage and maintain records on postage, registered mail and packages.
• Prepare inter‑branch bags for delivery.
• May coordinate delivery of documents to record management/shredding companies.
• May perform other administrative tasks such as ordering and storing office supplies, filing correspondence and other documents, sending and receiving faxes, photocopying and doing computer data entry.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in position.

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
