As a Justice Court Navigator at Southeast Court, you will serve as a vital link between the public and the judicial system. Working in a stand‑alone capacity with limited supervision, you will take direct ownership of your daily responsibilities, offering personalized, one-on-one assistance to community members navigating complex legal rules and procedures.
In this hands-on, highly autonomous position, you will work closely with individuals to deliver exceptional customer service, manage critical in-person services, including capturing fingerprints, and exercise strong decision‑making skills to resolve intricate inquiries. If you thrive on taking initiative, empowering others, and recommending key process improvements to boost court efficiency, this dynamic role offers an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful, direct impact in your community.

- Three years of progressively responsible full‑time legal, court, or justice system support‑related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Post‑secondary education may substitute for up to two years of the required experience
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills
- Experience with iCIS, MS Office, EDMS (Electronic Document Management System), or other computer technology.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Justice Court System in all case types:
Civil, Small Claims, Criminal, Traffic, Protective Orders and Eviction Actions.
