Administrative Assistant​/Marketing

Rainbow Restoration of West Mesa is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Marketing to join our growing team. The Administrative Assistant is a key team member, who supports the work of management and other staff. They are responsible for evaluating jobs, estimating, and other duties to contribute to the day-to-day operations of Rainbow, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, self directed and enthusiastic. Driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

• Perform all work to meet or exceed company and customer quality standards
• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Receive and answer after hours incoming calls
• Clerical duties as required including customer and job data entry
• Constant evaluation of on going jobs, ensuring all job tasks are completed and all info and documentation is provided per individual job requirements.
• Perform other duties as required, which may include job functions outside the scope of normal job duties.

• Must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team
• Detail oriented
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communications skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook Excel) and other computer software
• Experience in Xactimate preferred, but willing to train
• Professional appearance and personality

• Restoration experience helpful, but not required
• Xactimate experience preferred by not mandatory
• Willing to undergo background investigation and drug screening
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
