Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional, A+++ level automotive technician who can run the shop from the ground up. This is not just a wrench-turning role—we need a true leader who can diagnose, repair, manage workflow, and ensure every vehicle and customer experience meets the highest standard.

As a Master Mechanic, you must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (domestic, import, and diesel)
  • Handle complex electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission diagnostics
  • Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
  • Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and support other mechanic and technicians
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship on every repair
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
  • Help drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability
  • Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
  • Proven “A-level” or Master Technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision
  • Leadership mindset—able to run a shop, not just work in one
  • Experience with modern scan tools, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • ASE certifications (or equivalent real-world expertise)
Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000 – $120,000 annual salary (based on experience)
  • Stable, full-time position (Monday-Saturday)
