• Starting pay $20.00/hr (base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market location)

• Perform tire and automotive services including fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, and other mobile services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain independence on assigned routes, safely driving between appointments while representing Goodyear and conducting proper safety checks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining the service process, and fully understanding customers’ needs.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks such as prepreparing equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning the worksite, and reconciling product inventory.
• Able to lift consumer tires and wheels, stand, bend, and squat for extended periods.
• Opportunity to travel to other cities outside your home market for training or to work on new technology and techniques.

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Six months automotive experience
• No relocation provided
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Preferred: three months of customer service experience

• Work independently, follow schedules, solve problems, and contribute to the Goodyear team.
• Clear communication skills, approachable, simple, and informative interactions.
• Comfortable with technology, including mobile phone applications and van tire‑changing equipment.
• Excellent time‑management, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines.
• Prepared for occasional weekend and holiday shifts if the location is open 7 days a week.
