This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
Position ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll on a regular basis (e.g., bi‑weekly)
Calculate and validate wages, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll elements, including contract‑or labor‑specific pay rules.
Maintain and update employee payroll and timekeeping records, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and job labor allocations.
Support and monitor employee time entry in compliance with Boeing timekeeping policies; provide guidance and training to ensure accurate and timely labor reporting.
Ensure payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and Boeing contractual compliance requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit payroll tax filings, certified payroll (if applicable), and required payroll reports.
Research, resolve, and respond to employee payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and corrections in a timely manner.
Maintain organized payroll records and documentation to support audits, compliance reviews, and Boeing reporting needs.
Generate and distribute payroll, timekeeping, and compliance reports to internal management and designated Boeing stakeholders.
Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and payroll administration
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent payroll‑focused experience.
Experience supporting aerospace, government, or large enterprise clients with complex payroll and timekeeping requirements a plus
